My coaching style or philosophy: In addition to traditional coaching as defined by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I also incorporate aspects of consulting, spiritual awareness and healing and other disciplines into my work with clients, as their needs manifest. Although I respect the work of the ICF, of which I am a member, and of those coaches who remain within the definition of ICF coaching at all times, my unique approach to my work with clients includes other techniques and methodologies. At all times, my client's needs are paramount and assistance in allowing them to improve their lives is my only goal. My training includes traditional coaching, certification as a career coach, training as a Reiki master healer and teacher, and as a meditation teacher.
